I too got my degree in English lit and plan to continue graduate work in medieval literature. Your medieval feast sounds like a blast--it's something I've always wanted to attend, being a history and a beer lover. I'm not sure which passion inspired the other or if they just fell into place and made sense. Either way, if you put out a book entitled "Best of Mead & Food" please let me know!
