Lucy,
It was a pleasure meeting you. You did a great job, I learned a lot about beer and cheese. I look forward to our next class. Thanks again for your support and I hope this is just the beginning of what we can do together.

I understand that Sprecher as well as NGBC had a wine tasting dinner at Bacchus that was excellent. Do you perhaps have the Sprecher menu as well and your comments regarding pairing?? Thank you.

P.S. I just bought the book through your Amazon link.
Sadly, I wasn’t in town for the Sprecher beer dinner at Bacchus, but I understand it was excellent – I’ll be seeing Anne Sprecher at the WIne & Dine Wisconsin show this weekend and will ask her about the menu – if I can get a copy, I’ll post it for you. Thanks for buying the cookbook and hope you’ll have fun with it! One of my favorite recipes for this time of year is the Beef Rendang – warming spices and chiles
Purchased your book “The Best of American Beer & Food” for my husband for Christmas. After looking at the book I planned a “beer tasting” dinner for us and friends, using recipes from the book and suggested beer pairings. Everyone loved it–particularly the “Garlic Cheddar & Stone Ruination IPA Soup”, “Roast Pork Tenderloin in Brown Ale-Raspberry Chipotle Cream Sauce”, “Gruyere Mashed Potatoes”, and “Fudge Stout Brownies”, in other words, pretty much the whole dinner–all served with appropriate beers. Looking forward to trying some of the other recipes.
