Jason Fox, operations manager at Custom BrewCrafters in Honeoye Falls, N.Y., contributed a recipe for Brewers Pie, an adaptation of the classic shepherd’s pie. Custom BrewCrafters brews ales sold as in-house brands for dozens of restaurants, taverns and bars across the Northeast, as well as its own brands. Thanks to demand, the brewhouse is expanding. The brewery also sponsors the popular Autumn Festival of Ales in October.
