		<description>Hello, Lucy:

Many thanks for your time and effort in orchestrating our successful pairing seminar at Devil's Alley Bar and Grill! As ever, it was a pleasure co-presenting with you and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Carol Stoudt and learning more about her brands. A tip o' the goblet to Chef Yeamans and the entire staff for preparing and presenting five delicious courses to complement the chosen brews... and making all of us comfortable up in the cozy mezzanine. Luke, I'm glad that you and your wife enjoyed the event. =)

This past weekend was my first (but certainly not last!) visit to Philadelphia. Since my in-laws and wife were born in Philly, I helped them live vicariously though me by documenting some of observations from the first couple of days of Philly Beer Week in Twitter:

<description>Lucy, just wanted to drop you a quick note and let you know that my wife and I really enjoyed meeting and dining with you at this event. The food was fabulous, chef Yeamans really out did himself, and of course the beer pairings were excellent.

Thanks.
