Super interview. It’s great that good beer and good food is getting increased good press.
Thanks for mentioning the benefits of non-chilled glassware, a subject near and dear to me. Chilled mugs should be refused and sent back whenever an establishment offers them.

Thanks, David. Even though my friends make fun of me for being so picky, picky, picky, about a pint, I do send back the frozen glassware. Those specks of ice floating in a perfectly delicious beer don’t add anything to the experience of tasting.
