I really enjoyed the event at Brasserie Jo in Chicago. Thanks for sharing some great beers matched with lots of great food. I was the guy who lived in Madison a year ago at a table with a few folks in the side room (mentioned my love of Capital’s Blonde Dopplebock). This was one of my first times at a beer and food dinner and it was a blast. Thanks for organizing and sharing your skills of matching beer with food.
